We have an in house dangerous goods trainer and a recognized safety representative conducting scheduled monthly meetings.
An extensive ongoing safety training program is in place which includes the followings courses to date:
- WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)
- Ladders and Scaffolds / Fall Arrest / Travel Restraint / Confined Spaces / Tag & Lockout Awareness
- Asbestos Awareness / International Crane Signals / ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention)
- Canadian Red Cross First Aid & C.P.R.
- CSAO, Working Around Live Apparatus for Refrigeration Contractors (Mechanics are provided with Class "O" gloves)
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods - Oil and refrigerants are delivered to certified recycling depots
